Emma has been a fantastic member of the Cutover team, joining us when we were an early stage start up and supporting us through our growth. Emma's adaptability's fantastic – she joined Cutover as the first person in her role and quickly got to grips with things. I was Emma's manager for around four years and it was great seeing her grow with the company. She was able to move into the product and design side of things very smoothly – she's someone who's consistently looking for opportunities to learn and develop. Great fun to work with and a really good addition to any team!

Emma acted as Business Analyst and Quality Analyst across multiple projects delivered by my team. She is a clear communicator and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring requirements are acutely captured and validated, be it as agile stories or via traditional requirement documents. Emma worked for me during her time at Disney: we first took her on during her placement year from university during which time she proved herself to be hardworking, diligent and keen to develop herself into a Professional QA.
